His prior career in law enforcement spanned 28 years, culminating in his retirement as Chief of Police in 2014. In 1987, he began investing in residential real estate and subsequently obtained his real estate license. This combination of experience in management, negotiation, and investigative skills enhances his ability to serve clients effectively.

Paul holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from LaSalle University and a master’s degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. This educational background, paired with his extensive real estate sales experience, equips him with a unique perspective on marketing properties and securing favorable deals for buyers.

Throughout his law enforcement career, Paul received numerous accolades for his contributions to community policing, including awards for Meritorious Service, Best of South Jersey Police Departments, Distinguished Service, and Lawman of the Year. He has been an active member of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and served as Past President of the Burlington County Chiefs of Police Association. Additionally, he volunteered for many years as a board member for the Family Support Organization of Burlington County.

After retiring from law enforcement, Paul fully committed himself to real estate, driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve their homeownership goals.

Paul resides in Woodbury, New Jersey, with his wife, two children, and their dog, Cody. In his leisure time, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and traveling with his son’s disabled sled hockey team.
