Paula Brown has been selling and leasing real estate in New York and New Jersey since 1999 To date she has sold or leased close to 300 properties in Hudson County and has become uniquely expert in the area of luxury high-end property with New York City views

In entering the world of real estate Paula was able to leverage a successful prior career in marketing advertising and promotion by applying her unique combination of skills in financial and project management creative services supervision and enjoyment of working with people on all levels to educate them about new projects and processes As a creative consultant she began writing and producing real estate websites interviewing and writing about top agents and decided to obtain a New York sales license After becoming a broker and accumulating much experience in marketing and selling coops and condos in Manhattan Paula set her sights on the other side of the Hudson and launched the New Jersey-based Hudson View Realty in 2001

Paula's early business career was in the entertainment and broadcasting industries and over the course of two decades she ascended the ranks of such major companies as CBS Records NBC Radio MTV and USA Networks overseeing creative development and production of print radio and television image promotions As vice president of creative services for USA and Sci-Fi Channel she gained extensive experience in market research and effectiveness and oversaw multi-million dollar production budgets Paula hired and developed dozens of writers producers and designers and her team earned over 30 national broadcast industry awards
