About Paula Butler

In January 2020, Paula established Butler & Haggard Realty Executives, a real estate brokerage situated in Jefferson, Marion County. Alongside her husband, she divides her time between Marion and Houston County. In 2021, they acquired a building in Jefferson, transforming it into a small office complex, a testament to her commitment to personal investment and growth in the industry.

Recognized as a member of the 2018 International Diamond Society by Coldwell Banker, Paula has consistently been a Multi-Year Million Dollar Producer. Her passion for real estate began in her teenage years, inspired by her mother, who served as the tax assessor/appraiser for the local school district.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Paula has held various roles, including sales associate and sales manager at a small firm, before becoming a Broker Associate at another company. Additionally, she spent nearly two decades as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, retiring in December 2015. Her expertise extends to education, having taught real estate courses at Panola Junior College's Jefferson campus.

Paula takes pride in her deep understanding of the local market and the properties within it, continually staying informed about factors that influence the area. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys horseback riding with her three horses, one of which is a rescue.

Residing on nearly 30 acres, Paula and her husband relish outdoor activities such as fishing. They are proud parents to four daughters and grandparents to eight grandchildren, sharing a passion for baseball as devoted fans of the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers.
