Pavel, originally from Prague, Czechoslovakia, is a multilingual professional with diverse qualifications, including a pilot's license and certification as a ski instructor. His real estate and construction career commenced in 1973 in Michigan, where he successfully built over 300 custom homes in the Ann Arbor and Detroit areas. After relocating to Southern California, Pavel continued his real estate practice and joined J.M. Peters Company, a renowned residential developer based in Newport Beach.
