In 2014, Pedro led the commercial division of Coldwell Banker's top-producing office in Florida, where his innovative strategies generated substantial profits for clients through complex sale-leaseback transactions. He has successfully represented national tenants and facilitated the sale of net lease investments, including retail banks, restaurants, open-air shopping centers, spas, and medical offices.

Pedro began his journey in real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty in Central Florida in 2006, where he had the privilege of representing sports figures, celebrities, and C-level executives. Mr. Germano leads a robust team that includes an extensive network of over 12,695 national and international decision-makers, asset managers, tax advisors, and a select group of award-winning architects, designers, developers, and real estate attorneys. This network has facilitated over $83 billion in hotel transactions and financing involving more than 3,800 properties worldwide, as well as handling over $1.5 billion in EB-5 financing in the past 18 months.

Before his successful transition to real estate, Pedro enjoyed a decade-long career in Electrical Engineering, working for esteemed companies such as IBM, National Semiconductor, DEC, 3COM, Evans and Sutherland, and TDK Semiconductors.

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, he holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious National Technological University in Cordoba, Argentina.
