About Peggy Moran

**Peggy Moran, REALTOR® | ABR | RSPS**

Peggy Moran has been immersed in the world of real estate from a young age, with her earliest memory involving a paint roller at just five years old. Growing up in Milwaukee in a historic home built in the 1800s, she was influenced by her father, an architect who instilled in her and her siblings a hands-on approach to remodeling and an understanding of blueprints. This foundation sparked her enduring interest in homes, which she nurtured throughout her college years and a successful 30-year career in sales and marketing across major cities, including New York and Los Angeles.

After beginning her professional journey in Wisconsin, Peggy relocated to Los Angeles in 1986 due to her husband Tom's career. In 1994, they moved to Scottsdale, where Peggy continued her corporate career for 17 years with a Fortune 12 company, ultimately rising to the position of Director of Marketing. Despite her corporate success, Peggy always envisioned a return to her passion for real estate. In 2009, she seized the opportunity to transition to a full-time real estate career.

Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, with a double major in Mass Communication-Journalism and Graphic Arts, complemented by studies in Interior Design. These qualifications have significantly contributed to her success in selling homes, a pursuit she has always cherished. As a top producer with RE/MAX Sun Properties, Peggy previously enjoyed a distinguished five-year tenure at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and was recognized as the number one producer at HomeSmart Premier from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, she achieved remarkable rankings, finishing second in Fountain Hills and seventh among Fountain Hills and Scottsdale offices combined, earning the prestigious International Diamond Society Award, which honors the top 11% of agents globally.

In addition to her real estate accomplishments, Peggy is passionate about writing and has contributed to notable publications, including The Los Angeles Times and The Milwaukee Journal. Her artistic interests extend to drawing, painting, gardening, and remodeling, which she views as an evolving expression of art. Peggy has lived in Arizona for over 21 years, spending the last 15 years in Fountain Hills and the previous six in Scottsdale. She shares her life with her husband Tom and their two Shelties, Kelsey and Mac, who have both recently achieved the Canine Good Citizen title. Peggy is also an avid animal lover.

Maricopa County stands as Arizona's economic powerhouse and the fourth-largest county in the United States by population, creating one of the nation's most dynamic real estate markets. Home to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and numerous rapidly growing suburbs, this sprawling desert metropolis has transformed from a retirement destination into a thriving hub for technology companies, manufacturing, and young professionals seeking affordable alternatives to California's expensive coastal markets.

The county's real estate landscape reflects this dramatic growth, supported by an impressive network of 38,325 actively licensed agents—all of whom maintain current email contact information. This robust agent population serves a market characterized by diverse housing options, from luxury desert estates in Scottsdale to affordable starter homes in emerging communities like Surprise and Goodyear, creating opportunities across every price segment and buyer demographic.

Major Maricopa County, Arizona Real Estate Markets

Phoenix anchors the region as the fifth-largest city in America, with distinct neighborhoods like Central Phoenix experiencing urban revitalization while established areas like Ahwatukee maintain their suburban appeal. Scottsdale commands premium prices with its resort-style living and proximity to world-class golf courses, while Tempe benefits from Arizona State University's presence, driving consistent rental demand. Mesa, often overlooked despite being larger than Atlanta or Miami, offers exceptional value for families and has become a hotspot for California transplants.

The West Valley communities of Glendale, Peoria, and Avondale have emerged as major growth centers, attracting young families with new construction and master-planned communities. Meanwhile, the Southeast Valley cities of Chandler and Gilbert have evolved into technology corridors, with major employers like Intel and Microchip creating sustained housing demand. These diverse markets each require specialized knowledge, making local agent expertise invaluable for successful transactions.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Maricopa County's real estate market operates across multiple distinct climate zones and development patterns, from dense urban infill projects in downtown Phoenix to sprawling estate lots in Desert Mountain. The region's rapid population growth—adding over 100,000 residents annually—creates constant pressure on housing inventory, while seasonal migration patterns from colder states influence both sales and rental markets. This complexity requires agents to understand everything from HOA restrictions in age-restricted communities to water rights in rural areas.

The market's seasonality presents unique challenges and opportunities, with "snowbird" migration creating distinct busy periods from November through March, followed by a summer slowdown when temperatures exceed 110 degrees. Additionally, the prevalence of cash buyers, investment properties, and vacation homes creates transaction patterns unlike traditional residential markets, requiring agents who understand investor motivations and can navigate complex 1031 exchanges and multi-property portfolios.

Why Businesses Need Maricopa County, Arizona Agent Contact Data

The sheer scale of Maricopa County's agent network makes targeted outreach essential for service providers, technology companies, and financial institutions seeking to capture market share. With 38,325 agents generating thousands of monthly transactions, businesses offering everything from home inspection services to mortgage products need efficient ways to reach decision-makers across this vast geographic area. Email marketing remains the most cost-effective method for reaching agents who are constantly mobile between showings and client meetings.

Furthermore, Maricopa County's diverse market segments require tailored messaging strategies—luxury specialists in Paradise Valley have different needs than first-time buyer agents in Avondale. Having comprehensive contact data allows businesses to segment their outreach based on geographic specialization, transaction volume, or market focus, dramatically improving response rates and conversion potential while building lasting relationships in one of America's most important real estate markets.
