Penny Silich, a lifelong resident of Buffalo Grove and Long Grove, Illinois, currently divides her time between her home in Long Grove and a lakeside retreat in Powers Lake, Wisconsin. A proud graduate of Stevenson High School in 1987, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, in 1991.

Penny is married to Don Silich, a Captain at American Airlines, and they have two sons, Sammy (21) and Jack (19), both of whom attended schools in Long Grove District #96 and Stevenson High School District #125.

With 28 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, Penny is also a licensed Realtor in Florida. She has taken the helm of the Coveny Prestige Team at REMAX Suburban, following in the footsteps of her late mother, Susan Coveny, who was the original team leader. As a foundational member of the Susan Coveny Team, Penny contributed significantly to its remarkable achievements, including being recognized as the #1 REMAX agent/team nationally, as well as the top agent/team in Illinois and Lake County, Illinois.
