About Peter Macera

Peter Macera embarked on his real estate journey in 2001 at the Orange Lake timeshare resort in Kissimmee. After a brief period of early mornings, he recognized that a flexible schedule and a focus on residential real estate sales aligned better with his professional aspirations. In the summer of 2001, he joined Watson Realty Corp in Kissimmee, where he was fortunate to meet his first mentor.

Following five successful years with Watson Realty Corp, Peter transitioned to a RE/MAX franchise in Kissimmee. However, when that franchise faced financial difficulties less than a year later, he reconnected with his mentor, who was then the Branch Manager at a Coldwell Banker franchise. Recognizing Peter’s potential, his mentor hired him as his successor.

As Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker, Peter played a pivotal role in expanding the firm to over 90 agents during the challenging economic landscape of 2008. Under his leadership, the office became one of Central Florida’s premier REO Short Sale and Listing Firms.

After nearly six years of success as a top-producing agent, trainer, and Branch Manager, Peter founded Macera Realty Group Inc. His vision was to create a dynamic, full-service real estate company that emphasizes a user-friendly CRM and agent websites, supported by a network of trusted industry vendors. Peter and his team are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients.
