At the age of 26, this real estate professional purchased his first property, a charming bungalow in East Austin, with a modest down payment of $3,000. Over the subsequent months, he dedicated his spare time to transforming the 900-square-foot space into a functional apartment and recording studio, which he called home for nearly five years. More recently, he and his wife acquired a quaint cottage in Zilker, where they successfully added a two-story extension while preserving the original structure's integrity.
