Beginning as a Realtor with Hearth Realty in Fairborn in 1998, they took on the role of Property Manager in 1999, a position they have held ever since. In 2002, Shana Drew became a partner, enhancing their collaborative efforts.

In 2005, Hearth Realty was acquired by Coldwell Banker, under which they successfully expanded the business to manage over 300 units.
