About Phyllis Apone

Phyllis Apone began her real estate career in 1978, obtaining her Broker’s license the following year. With extensive experience across various sectors of the industry, she has successfully navigated the sale of commercial properties and businesses. Her specialization in financing has enabled her to assist numerous first-time homebuyers in securing Bond money, grants, and city programs.

In 1985, Phyllis established her own office, collaborating exclusively with a commercial developer to construct shopping centers in Pinellas County. She became a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, further enhancing her expertise. In 1995, she transitioned back to residential sales while simultaneously managing several of her own businesses and engaging in the buying, selling, and renovation of investment properties.

In 2014, Phyllis took on the role of Broker-Manager at Accent Real Estate Pros Inc., which led to new opportunities with Roe Realty. She is an active member of the Independent Real Estate Professionals (IREP), having served as President-Elect in 2006 and President in 2007, as well as being involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Phyllis is dedicated to providing her clients with honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she received the Beacon Award in 2013.
