Rachael relocated to Pensacola, Florida, in 1990 from her hometown of Mobile, Alabama. In 1993, she married her husband, JP Whibbs, and together they have three children: John Paul II, born in 1995; Delaney, born in 1997; and Nicholas, born in 1998. Rachael cherished her role as a stay-at-home mother until her children began their schooling.

JP, a lifelong resident of Pensacola, comes from a family with deep local roots; his father, Vince Whibbs Sr., served as Mayor Emeritus and held the office for 15 years. JP was also a partner in a family-owned dealership established by his father over six decades ago.

Rachael embarked on her real estate career with enthusiasm and has since found great fulfillment in her work.
