Rachael Smith is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was born and raised. She earned her degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Louisville before relocating to Big Bear Lake, California, where she has resided for the past 12 years.

Rachael began her career in the real estate sector with Big Bear Vacations, a vacation rental management company. Starting as a Call Center Sales Coach, she advanced through various roles, ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer. Her passion for sales and client relationships inspired her to transition into real estate.

Since joining her current team in 2013, Rachael has thrived in her role, enjoying the collaborative environment and the opportunity to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals. In 2021 alone, she successfully guided 89 clients in buying or selling properties in Big Bear Lake. Rachael became a licensed California Real Estate Broker in July 2016 and expanded her credentials by obtaining a license in Oregon in October 2021.

Outside of her professional commitments, Rachael is a devoted mother to three daughters and enjoys traveling with her family. She is also an avid athlete, currently training for ultra marathons, with aspirations to complete a 50-mile race and her fifth Ironman. Additionally, she is pursuing the challenge of learning Mandarin. Rachael's enthusiasm for her work, her community, and the great outdoors is evident in everything she does.
