About Rachel Francois

Rachel Francois is the broker and owner of RXR Realty, entering her 17th year in the real estate industry and her 10th year as a broker in 2023. She takes pride in the fact that 99% of her brokerage's business is generated through referrals from satisfied clients. Before establishing her own brokerage, Rachel spent 14 years with RE/MAX and an additional two years at Pure Realty. These experiences allowed her to acquire invaluable insights from a diverse group of seasoned agents and brokers.

A native Texan, Rachel was born in Houston and raised in the small East Texas town of Timpson. She has lived in various locations, including Spain, Ireland, Costa Rica, and Italy, before settling in Austin in 2003 to marry her long-time partner, Chad. In 2020, they welcomed their daughter, Teagan, and currently reside on five acres in Williamson County, where they enjoy the company of several barn cats and two donkeys, Bucky and Hodie.

Prior to her real estate career, Rachel taught public school for 14 years, specializing in Spanish and Latin for grades 6-12. Her experience on various school committees, along with the communication and organizational skills honed during her teaching career, have proven beneficial in her real estate endeavors. She is recognized for her punctuality, negotiation skills, and effective communication.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Spanish and English, as well as a Master of Education degree focusing on Teacher Leadership & Pedagogy and Second Language Acquisition, both from Stephen F. Austin State University.
