Rachel Shapiro was born on March 26, 1958, in Ypres, Belgium. Fluent in multiple languages, including English, Dutch, Flemish, French, German, and Spanish, she has cultivated a diverse skill set throughout her academic and professional journey. Rachel completed her high school education in Ypres before pursuing marketing and economics at the St. Eligius Institute in Antwerp, followed by export marketing studies at the College of Higher Education in High Wycombe, England.

Her career began in the hospitality sector, where she spent 13 years with Inter-Continental Hotels, ultimately serving as Guest Relations Director. In 1989, she was transferred to the Hotel Inter-Continental Frankfurt, where she dedicated a decade to enhancing guest experiences. After relocating to the United States in 1998, Rachel transitioned to luxury retail management, first overseeing the flagship Montblanc store and later managing David Yurman on Madison Avenue in New York City.

Real estate has always been a passion for Rachel, and in May 2012, she fulfilled her long-held aspiration by becoming a licensed real estate agent in New York and subsequently a broker in Florida. Throughout her career, Rachel has had the privilege of meeting a diverse array of individuals, and she takes great joy in building relationships. Her commitment to exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and a personalized approach allow her to meet her clients' needs effectively.
