Chip Krixer, along with his wife Mary Jo, relocated to Cape Coral in 2018. When not engaged in real estate, they enjoy life on one of the largest canal systems in Southwest Florida, indulging in boating, fishing, motorcycle riding, and dining at waterfront establishments.

Originally hailing from Montgomery County, Maryland, Chip grew up in a family that instilled a strong work ethic. With three older sisters and supportive parents, he embarked on his professional journey at the age of 12. His diverse career has included roles in construction, automotive technology, and equipment sales. By the age of 22, he had purchased his first home, and at 32, he launched his first business, marking the beginning of a successful entrepreneurial path that began in 1995.

Chip has always been surrounded by a strong military influence, making his commitment to serving veterans and law enforcement particularly meaningful. His wife retired after 34 years with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, D.C., and comes from a family with a rich military history, including a father who served 20 years in the Navy and a father who served in the Army during World War II. Their twin sons, both Eagle Scouts, are currently serving in the military: Captain Brandon Krixer is an AH-64 Apache pilot in the U.S. Army, while Corporal Garrett Krixer is a Non-Destructive Airframe Inspector in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Together, Chip and Mary Jo have three children and six grandchildren. Chip takes pride in being the last to carry on the Krixer name, with his two sons and grandsons ensuring its legacy. His deep sense of pride in his family, friends, and country is evident in all that he does.
