She was also the State Chair for the Tennessee Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee in 2005 and President of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in 2002.

Her accolades include being named the Tennessee Association of REALTORS "State Educator of the Year" in 1998 and "REALTOR of the Year" by the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in 1994. Additionally, she was honored as the "Member of the Year" by the Williamson County Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS in the same year.

Randa is an accomplished author and former instructor at Middle Tennessee State University, where she taught pre-licensing courses and various continuing education classes, including the NAR Ethics Course and TREC required law courses.
