Randy brings over 15 years of real estate expertise to his role at Coldwell Banker, having established a solid foundation in the industry prior to relocating to the Isles of Capri. His career began in Madison, Wisconsin, where he spent five years specializing in commercial real estate, focusing on retail, office, and industrial properties. As a founding partner and broker at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate, he played a pivotal role in various development projects encompassing office, retail, and mixed-use properties.

In 2010, driven by a desire for a warmer climate and the allure of island living, Randy made the decision to transition from his commercial real estate career.
