Ranyouri "Rainy" Senia, PhD, is a dedicated real estate professional originally from Albany, Georgia. She earned her Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia in 2008 and later completed her PhD in Health Services with a focus on Healthcare Administration at Walden University in 2015. Additionally, she obtained her Long Term Care Certification from the University of Connecticut in 2016.

Rainy relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2010 for a temporary assignment as a traveling occupational therapist and has since made it her permanent home. Her affection for Tampa Bay is evident, stemming from its stunning scenery, vibrant community, diverse events, and exceptional culinary offerings. With a background in her family's home improvement business, Rainy has been immersed in the real estate sector from an early age. One of her cherished memories includes witnessing her father construct their family home, where she actively participated in various projects, including painting and home repairs during summer breaks.

In her leisure time, Rainy enjoys the company of her husband and their three pets, as well as traveling and indulging in massages.
