Ray's journey began in Brooklyn, New York, where he was born and raised. At 17, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, and soon after relocated to the Richmond area at 18. His initial foray into property management stemmed from a personal experience during a family relocation, where they missed out on what they believed was their ideal home. This experience ignited a passion for real estate, prompting Ray to fully commit to the field in June 2014.

Having collaborated with two highly successful real estate teams in Greater Richmond, Ray sought to deepen his impact beyond mere transactions.
