Ray is a seasoned professional who has joined the Re/Max team after a successful tenure in management services for a diverse array of commercial and residential clients across Marion County. As the founder and principal of R&M Management, he has engaged directly with clients, specializing in new development, asset management, and conflict resolution at the sponsor level.
