About Renelle Councill

Renelle, an American immigrant from Trinidad and Tobago, moved to the United States at the age of ten, settling in Tucson, Arizona. After graduating in the top 10% of her high school class, she chose to enlist in the Air Force at 18. Following her completion of Basic Military Training and Technical School, she was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida for five years. Her military career included deployments to Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait in 2014 and Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar in 2017, where she served with distinction and received numerous awards for her dedication and adherence to the Air Force Core values. In 2017, she transitioned to Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado, where she completed her ten-year service.

In 2021, Renelle made the decision to leave the Air Force to pursue a career in real estate, motivated by a desire to continue serving her military community in a different capacity. With personal insight into the challenges faced by service members, she is dedicated to assisting fellow veterans in navigating the significant process of buying or selling a home.

While Renelle has a strong commitment to the military community, her passion extends to the broader Colorado Springs area. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a decade of military experience, she has joined the dynamic Top Notch Home Team.
