Rett Harmon is an accomplished real estate professional with 15 years of experience in Georgia and Alabama. As the Co-Broker Owner of CENTURY 21 Novus Realty, based in Carrollton, Georgia, he leads a firm that focuses on commercial and investment property sales, property management, and land transactions.

Rett's journey in real estate began during his junior year at the University of West Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate. In 2008, he partnered with Curtis North to establish a property management company, which now oversees more than 500 properties.

At CENTURY 21 Novus, Rett actively engages in sales alongside a team of nearly 30 associates and 11 staff members. He manages a dedicated team of 10 agents, boasting over 100 active listings and achieving 184 closed transactions in 2016.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Rett is an Eagle Scout and the founder of Retro Mobile DJ Services, a venture he initiated in high school that he continues to operate. He resides in Carrollton, Georgia, with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and coaching little league baseball. He is also the founder of Reels for Easter Seals Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for Easter Seals while educating children about fishing and the importance of community service.
