Rhonda, a lifelong resident of Eastern Washington, has called the Tri-Cities home for over two decades. At the age of 24, she purchased her first property shortly after earning her degree in dental hygiene. In 1996, Rhonda ventured into real estate investment, co-founding a general contracting and property management firm.
