Ricky began his real estate career in 2002, quickly discovering a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in their property transactions. He has dedicated his services to buyers and sellers across Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty counties. In 2005, after several successful years in the field, he earned his broker's license and subsequently founded Bodaford Property Management, which has since evolved into Bodaford Realty LLC in 2006. Originally hailing from Savannah, Ricky has called Richmond Hill home since the age of nine. He graduated from Richmond Hill High School in 1981 and married his wife, Rosemary, in 1983.
