About Richard Burke

Jason Burke is a seasoned real estate professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Cape May, New Jersey, he relocated to Florida on a baseball scholarship to attend the University of Tampa. Following his college years, Jason honed his customer service skills while bartending at Disney from 1995 to 2000.

In 2002, he co-founded Classic Homes Realty Inc., where he specialized in the Four Corners area, focusing on both residential and vacation properties. Under his leadership, the firm grew to employ over 50 sales professionals before he sold the company in 2013. Subsequently, Jason worked with a short-term management company, facilitating home sales and management agreements.

In 2016, he returned to Disney as a sales guide for the Disney Vacation Club, a role he held until recently. Now, he is excited to join the Vacasa team and looks forward to new opportunities in the real estate market.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time on the water, whether fishing, visiting sandbars, or exploring local hotspots. He is married to Maggie, who serves as the Director of Asset Management for Offerpad in Orlando and Jacksonville. They have two sons: Zach, a recent college graduate, and Nate, a high school student at Dr. Phillips, who is passionate about football.
