I left Montgomery County In the early 1970’s for 3 5 years to serve an enlistment in the United States Air Force Following military service I earned a Business Degree in Real Estate & Urban Development from the American University while selling new homes in Potomac Since then I have directly managed or joint ventured the development renovation and sale of residential communities from Coast to Coast This included acquisition planning zoning plan approvals land development conceptual house design & builder lot sales amenity construction and HOA creation & management through homeowner transition

My most recently managed developments in Maryland include The Parke at Ocean Pines (adjacent to Ocean City) and Victoria Falls (adjacent to Laurel) Both of these award winning "Central Parke 55+ Resort Communities" have been included numerous times in WHERE TO RETIRE magazine's bi-annual list of the "Top 10 Places to Retire in America"
