About Rick Keller

Rick Keller, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, has been an integral part of the real estate landscape since 1986. After completing his college education, he recognized his passion for the evolving city of Las Vegas and sought to contribute to its growth. He obtained his real estate license and joined Americana Group Realtors, marking the beginning of his professional journey.

Initially focusing on small investment properties, Rick quickly demonstrated his aptitude for real estate management. This led him to prioritize property management services for his clients. His growing reputation caught the attention of the management team at Americana Group, who proposed the establishment of a dedicated Property Management Division. In 1993, Americana Property Management was launched, and under Rick's leadership, the company expanded from managing 35 rental homes to 350 by 2001.

Recognizing the potential for further growth, Rick made the strategic decision to establish his own company while ensuring that client needs remained paramount. To facilitate a smooth transition, he retained the Americana name, benefiting both property owners and tenants. Once the new structure was in place, he rebranded the company as Keller N Jadd, a name that reflects both his family and his commitment to the business. "Keller" represents Rick and his wife, Kristin, who oversees the accounting department, while "Jadd" incorporates the initials of their four children: John, Angela, Derrick, and Derrion.

With the unwavering support of his family, Rick has cultivated Keller N Jadd into a reputable real estate sales and management firm, currently overseeing over 1,000 rental properties.
