Originally from upstate New York, I pursued my education in the eastern United States before relocating to the West in the early 1990s. I became a full-time resident of the Coachella Valley in the fall of 2000. My real estate career commenced in 1997, building upon a solid foundation of sales and marketing experience across various industries. I view the residential real estate sector not merely as a sales role but as a consulting partnership. It is essential for both buyers and sellers to be well-informed about market dynamics and current conditions to make sound decisions.
