After graduating from high school, Rick pursued a career in construction. By his twenties, he had established a successful contracting business, building homes in the rapidly developing areas of Portland. Over the next decade, he constructed more than 100 homes and earned numerous accolades for his work.

Thirty years ago, Rick moved to California, where he continued to build custom luxury homes in the East Bay area. His projects, characterized by unique and creative details, reflect his commitment to craftsmanship. Rick and his wife, Sue, have two children who share their father's free-spirited creativity. After years of summer visits, the family fell in love with the California Central Coast and settled in Cambria over a decade ago. It was during this time that Rick developed a passion for becoming a REALTOR®.
