I have lived in the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene region since 1990 when my wife and I moved here from “back east” to raise our family in a place of our choosing Sure we left to escape the rat race of the New York metro but we came here for all the things we’ve grown to love about this truly special place – The Great Outdoors the short commutes genuine four-season weather with near flawless summers the wide open spaces the safe friendly neighborhoods excellent schools and all-around healthy living To us it has become an ideal environment to raise our three wonderful daughters The region’s popular promotional motto is surprisingly fitting: Spokane Near Nature Near Perfect We couldn’t agree more
