Ricky Lee, a lifelong resident of Tennessee, transitioned from a successful 30-year career in IT management at Nissan to fulfill his dream of living and working along Florida's stunning Emerald Coast. His affection for this region began in his teenage years during family vacations, which sparked a passion for exploring various resort destinations from Biloxi to Mexico Beach with his wife, Karen.

In 2005, Ricky and Karen realized their vision of beachfront living by acquiring their first condominium in Panama City Beach. Their enthusiasm for the area's growth potential led them to purchase a second property and establish their own resort property management company, VisitPCB.com. Utilizing their expertise in management and IT, along with a commitment to customer satisfaction, they successfully expanded their business to manage over 20 beachfront condos. Recently, Karen has taken the reins of the management company, allowing Ricky to concentrate solely on real estate sales.
