In 2005, Robert and his wife, Venise, made the decision to purchase a home in The Villages after exploring various locations along Florida's west coast. The couple has two sons in their 40s, both of whom are married and well-established in their careers. The younger son is a West Point graduate with an MBA from Boston College and lives with his wife, Dide, enjoying various sports and bringing joy to their family.
