Bob, a native of Darien, Connecticut, completed his education at J.M. Wright Technical High School before pursuing further studies at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. This experience allowed him to travel extensively, performing across 48 states and in over 11 countries. In 1989, he relocated to Florida for what was intended to be a brief vacation.

Bob obtained his real estate license in 1992, gaining valuable insights from esteemed professionals in the field. After years of dedication and successfully completing the Brokers course, he founded The Pier Group in 1999. Under his leadership, the agency quickly became the leading real estate office in the area.

In February 2013, Bob joined the RE/MAX organization, continuing to thrive in the industry.
