About Robert Dombrowsky

In 1985, Robert began their real estate career as a sales associate at Schlott Realtors in Lyndhurst. During the early years, they distinguished themselves by achieving Million Dollar Sales Club status from 1986 to 1988, culminating in recognition as the top sales associate in the office in 1988.

In 1989, Robert was appointed to manage the Bergenfield office, becoming the youngest manager in the organization. Under their leadership, the office nearly doubled its sales staff and achieved profitability. Following a merger with another location, Robert successfully oversaw the integration, retaining 22 of the 24 sales associates.

Subsequently, Robert was transferred to the Lyndhurst/Woodridge office, where they managed two locations during a pivotal time when Schlott Realtors was acquired by Coldwell Banker. They revitalized the office, expanding the sales team from 8 to approximately 70 associates and transforming a net loss of $200,000 into a net profit of $200,000. Their efforts earned the office the Most Improved Office award in 1992, alongside a significant increase in market share from 12% to over 50%.

In 1993, Robert moved to the Short Hills office, which also required revitalization. Over seven years, they grew the sales staff from 32 to over 60 agents and increased profits by 350%. Their leadership led to another Most Improved Office award in 1996 and recognition as one of the top three most improved offices in 1997. By the end of that year, the Short Hills office ranked as the number one regional office in operating profit.

In 2000, Robert took on the challenge of the Hillsdale office, where they expanded the sales team by more than 40 associates and increased profits by over 250%. They also managed the successful merger of the Montvale and Hillsdale locations, retaining nearly all sales associates from Montvale.

In 2003, Robert transitioned back to sales, joining the Re/Max Property Center as a sales associate. Since then, they have consistently achieved the Re/Max 100% Sales Club status, averaging over 30 transactions annually. Robert is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, offering a range of unique options tailored to both home buyers and sellers.
