About Robert Nathan

Bob Nathan is not merely a real estate agent; he is a guide to envisioning a desirable lifestyle. Originally from Chicago, he moved west to pursue his education at Arizona State University, where he quickly developed an appreciation for the desert lifestyle and its myriad opportunities. After graduating in 1978, he embarked on his real estate career, joining his brother Nate at Nathan & Associates two years later.

In 1996, Bob and Nate partnered with DMB to establish DMB Realty, where they held a 45% ownership stake. This firm was created to manage custom home site sales in DMB's flagship community, DC Ranch. As the Designated Broker, Bob led a successful sales team that facilitated the sale of over 250 custom homesites. “When we opened the gates in early 1997, our faces were among the first that visitors encountered,” he recalls.

In 2001, DMB acquired the Nathans' interest in DMB Realty, but Bob chose to remain on as Designated Broker. Three years later, he founded RH Nathan & Company, allowing him to leverage his extensive knowledge of DC Ranch, Silverleaf, and the surrounding areas. “DC Ranch and Silverleaf will always be my foundation. It’s a privilege to sell the vision of such remarkable developments. However, I understand that some clients may wish to explore other options, so I have built a team of professionals who share my dedication to the industry.”

Having lived in four homes within DC Ranch and constructed five custom residences, Bob’s passion for home building directly informs his work. “I love standing on a lot and envisioning what could be built there.” This deep-seated enthusiasm for his craft is what distinguishes Bob Nathan in the real estate landscape; he is fortunate to engage in work that he genuinely loves.
