With over five decades of entrepreneurial experience, Bob has established a distinguished career in the real estate sector, particularly in the high-end market. His extensive background includes roles as a wholesale and retail building products distributor, high-end residential contractor, property manager, and real estate broker. Bob's expertise spans multiple states, including New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Florida, where he has developed a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of affluent clients.

Prior to relocating to Florida in 2007, Bob owned and operated Prestige Construction Corp and Prestige Homecare in the Metro West Boston area. Upon moving, he quickly obtained his Florida real estate license alongside his wife, Ann. Together, they founded Distinguished Homes Realty, focusing on luxury residential sales in the Hammock area of Palm Coast.

Bob holds several real estate certifications, including ABR, SFR, BPOR, CDPE, and CIAS, in addition to maintaining an active Florida Broker license and a Massachusetts Residential Contractor’s License. He studied at the University of Baltimore and currently resides in the Hammock Dunes community of Island Estates in Palm Coast with Ann and their Springer Spaniel, Luke.

An active member of his community, Bob serves on the Board of Island Estates and is involved with the Hammock Dunes community and Club. He has also held the position of Director for the Palm Coast Business Networking Group, further demonstrating his commitment to fostering local business relationships.
