About Robert Littfin

Rob Littfin brings 28 years of real estate expertise to his clients. Originally from the Denver area, he relocated to Durango in 1984 to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Business at Fort Lewis College. His career in real estate began in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he was inspired by his father, an executive at Pulte Homes Corporation. Rob took on the role of Sales Manager at Blue Chip Development Corporation, overseeing sales and marketing while also contributing to land acquisition and design.

He later established his own brokerage, Blue Chip Properties Inc., which expanded to include 15 agents. Despite the thriving real estate market in Arizona, Rob and his wife chose to return to Durango for its cooler climate and family-friendly lifestyle.

Upon his return, Rob joined Tamarron Realty Inc. as an Associate Broker, focusing on resort properties in the Durango area, including Tamarron Resort, Glacier Club, and the North Animas Valley. After eight successful years, he transitioned to Horizon Properties of Durango, the region's oldest real estate firm and an exclusive affiliate of Christie's Great Estates. This affiliation allowed him to effectively market high-end properties.

Rob has also been associated with prestigious organizations such as Residence International, Classic Properties International, and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, which connects him with a global network of luxury property brokers.
