Robert J. Swiderski has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2002 and became a Real Estate Broker in 2003, quickly establishing himself in the industry. His career began in the music sector with EMI Music Publishing, where he transitioned to real estate with a position at a firm in Park Slope. Remarkably, he achieved top producer status in his first month and was promoted to office manager within two years, subsequently opening two additional offices.

In 2008, Robert expanded his expertise to include Property Management. Notable achievements during this time include managing a Class A condominium in Long Island City through a comprehensive reconstruction after residents were evacuated for six months due to damage from Superstorm Sandy. He also provided consulting services for optimizing office and amenity spaces at 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.

In 2016, Robert ventured into the realm of "Fix and Flips," home staging, and investor financing, successfully renovating and selling properties in both New Jersey and New York.

In September 2018, he launched “The RealTegrity Show” on YouTube, a platform dedicated to local market updates, advice, and various real estate-related content.
