Entering the real estate sector in the mid-1980s, Robin transitioned from a decade-long career as a corporate officer at a national bank to pursue her passion for real estate. Her financial acumen and deep familiarity with the East Bay have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor, consistently placing her among the top 1% of agents nationwide in terms of sales volume.

In 1997, Robin shifted her focus to management and operations within the residential real estate sphere. She has successfully overseen several prominent real estate offices and has served as the Executive Vice President of J Rockcliff Realtors for the past 14 years. In this role, she has functioned in a Chief Operating Officer capacity, overseeing marketing, technology, facilities, risk management, and daily operations.

Robin's leadership extends to her involvement with professional organizations; she is a former president of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, recognized as the 2016 Realtor of the Year and designated as a Realtor Emeritus in 2018. Additionally, she serves as a Director for the California Association of Realtors and holds the position of Vice-Chair for the Legal Action Fund Trustees. Her contributions have also been acknowledged at the national level, where she has served as a Director for the National Association of Realtors.

In recognition of her significant impact on homeownership, Robin was inducted into the National Association of Realtors RPAC Presidents Circle Hall of Fame in 2019.
