About Robin Sanctuary

Robin Sanctuary, a lifelong resident of Walpole, NH, has deep roots in her community. Growing up in her family’s business, the Walpole Village Store—now known as Spencer’s Place—she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to local service. Her formative years included active participation in 4-H and a solid educational foundation, culminating in a degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Alongside her husband, Robin designed and constructed their family home in Alstead, NH, where they raised five children. During this time, she also launched a successful Pampered Chef business, which she managed for two decades. Her dedication earned her the title of "Top Performing Consultant" for eight years and led to numerous rewarding trips both domestically and internationally.

Robin cherishes her family, which now includes five grandchildren, and values the connections she has with extended family members who live and work in the area. Her community involvement extends to her local church, and she enjoys gardening, landscaping, and supporting the New England Patriots.

In 2013, Robin transitioned into real estate, discovering a new passion that has since flourished. She obtained her Broker’s license in 2017 and has pursued various designations and certifications, including:

- PSA: Pricing Strategy Advisor
- RENE: Real Estate Negotiation Expert
- ABR: Accredited Buyer Representative
- GREEN
- GRI: Graduate Realtor Institute
- SRS: Seller Representative Specialist

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Robin is committed to enhancing her skills to better serve her clients. She has been an active member of the Monadnock Board of Realtors for six years, holding various positions including Director, Secretary, and currently, Vice President. Additionally, she has chaired the Education Committee for over five years and participates in several local and state committees.

In the fall of 2019, Robin purchased the property at 73 Main St in Walpole, NH, where she transformed the second floor into residential units and established Transitions Real Estate on the ground floor, further solidifying her commitment to the community and her profession.

Cheshire County, New Hampshire represents one of the state's most distinctive real estate markets, where rural charm meets accessibility to major metropolitan areas. Located in the southwestern corner of the Granite State, this county offers a unique blend of small-town New England character and proximity to both Boston and Vermont's ski country, creating diverse housing demands that keep the market dynamic year-round.

With 179 actively licensed real estate agents serving the county's varied communities, the market maintains a professional density that reflects both local expertise and healthy competition. What's particularly noteworthy is that all 179 agents maintain email contact information, indicating a tech-savvy professional community that embraces digital communication tools essential for today's real estate transactions.

Major Cheshire County, New Hampshire Real Estate Markets

Keene dominates as the county's primary real estate hub, home to Keene State College and serving as the commercial center that drives much of the region's housing activity. The city's mix of historic properties, student housing, and family neighborhoods creates multiple market segments, from affordable rentals to premium single-family homes. Winchester, Swanzey, and Hinsdale round out the more active suburban markets, each offering distinct character from lakefront properties to rural estates.

The Connecticut River Valley towns, including Westmoreland and Chesterfield, represent some of the county's most sought-after real estate, where properties often feature river access, mountain views, and expansive acreage. Meanwhile, towns like Marlborough and Harrisville attract buyers seeking authentic New England village life, with their well-preserved historic districts and seasonal tourism drawing both permanent residents and second-home buyers from urban areas.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Cheshire County's real estate market operates on multiple seasonal rhythms, influenced by everything from college enrollment cycles to leaf-peeping tourism and winter sports activity across the nearby Vermont border. Properties near recreational areas like Pisgah State Park or along the Ashuelot River often command premium prices, while the market shows surprising resilience due to the area's appeal to remote workers seeking affordable alternatives to Boston or Hartford metro areas.

Geographic complexity defines much of the county's real estate landscape, with elevation changes, water features, and proximity to state borders all impacting property values and buyer preferences. The western towns benefit from Vermont border proximity and mountain access, while eastern communities leverage better highway connectivity to Manchester and Nashua, creating distinct micro-markets that require specialized local knowledge to navigate effectively.

Why Businesses Need Cheshire County, New Hampshire Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders, home service providers, and real estate technology companies find Cheshire County's agent network particularly valuable due to the market's diverse transaction types and strong digital adoption rates. With 100% email accessibility among licensed agents, businesses can efficiently reach professionals handling everything from first-time homebuyer transactions to luxury rural estate sales, making marketing campaigns more targeted and cost-effective.

The county's position as both a primary residence market for local professionals and a secondary home destination for out-of-state buyers creates unique opportunities for businesses offering specialized services like property management, renovation contractors, or insurance providers. Having direct access to all 179 licensed agents enables companies to build relationships across the full spectrum of market activity, from college town rentals to high-end recreational properties.
