About Robyn Schmitt

Robyn Schmitt began her professional journey at the age of 13, cycling to her weekend job. By 15, she transitioned into sales, and during her senior year of high school, she took on the role of sales manager at a women's clothing store through a cooperative education program. After advancing in management, Robyn pursued higher education in 1993, which marked the beginning of her career in construction sales.

In this role, she collaborated with contractors on residential new construction projects, working from blueprint specifications. Additionally, she assisted consumers with retail renovations, focusing on millwork packages, windows, door units, stairways, custom items, and stained glass features.

Five years later, Robyn shifted her focus to residential real estate investments, encompassing rental properties, buying, selling, and new construction projects. Her portfolio spans various locations, including Dominical, Costa Rica; New Orleans, Metairie, and Port Sulphur, Louisiana; Pensacola Beach, Florida; Pass Christian and Picayune, Mississippi; and Austin, Texas. Over the years, she has successfully bought and sold more than 26 properties, including five new constructions and one project that involved developing raw land into subdivided lots.

After two decades of experience in the industry, Robyn has obtained her real estate license to facilitate property sales and leases. Her objective is to leverage her extensive background and personal insights to guide clients through the complexities of real estate decisions.
