Rocio Richter, originally from Lima, Peru, completed her education at Santa Margarita High School before moving to Davie, Florida. There, she established R & R Window Treatment, a business she successfully managed for 15 years. During this time, she collaborated with both designers and homeowners, specializing in the design and sale of window treatments, including drapes, blinds, and California shutters.

Rocio's entry into real estate was a natural extension of her commitment to service and her extensive experience with homeowners. She began her real estate career at Keller Williams Realty in Weston, where she worked from 2009 to 2012. Following this, she joined Realty Associates from 2012 to 2016 and then Dream Homes International from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, she made the strategic decision to join RelatedISG International Realty.
