Leslee, a native of Kerrville, graduated from Tivy High School before relocating to San Angelo in 1995 to attend Angelo State University. While pursuing her degree in early childhood education, she began her career at Edward Jones Investments, where she continued to work throughout her college years. After the firm transitioned to Raymond James Financial in 2005, Leslee remained with the company for 13 years, developing a strong foundation in client relations.

In 2005, Rodney, Leslee’s husband and the founder of Angelo Home Team, initiated the "Never Pay 6 Percent" program, which gained significant traction. Leslee supported him by managing client appointments, hosting open houses, and learning the intricacies of the real estate business. In 2010, she decided to obtain her real estate license and join Rodney in their venture, a decision she attributes to her faith and commitment to treating clients with respect. In her inaugural year, Leslee achieved over $8.2 million in sales alongside her husband and was honored as San Angelo’s Readers’ Choice Favorite Real Estate Agent.

Outside of work, Leslee is a proud mother of three: Matthew (17), Zach (16), and Megan (14), all of whom attend Wall High School. Actively involved in the Booster Club, she supports her children’s participation in multiple sports and their engagement in UIL and leadership activities. The family takes pride in being part of the Wall community, where they embrace their identity as HAWKS.

Rodney, originally from Mason, Texas, began his career in the U.S. Air Force after graduating high school. Following technical training, he was stationed at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo. After four years of service, he transitioned to a managerial role with the Lakeway Company in Austin, overseeing bar operations for three years. His entry into real estate began in 1994 when he managed over 100 rental properties in East Austin for Big Investor. Rodney earned his real estate license in 1994 and worked with Newmark Homes from 1995 to 2000, specializing in new home sales. After returning to San Angelo, he spent six years with a major real estate firm before deciding to establish his own company to offer clients lower commission rates.

As a licensed broker, Rodney has successfully sold over $85 million in real estate. He shares his home with two Shepherds, Zoe and Lucy, and resides in the Wall school district.
