With a career in real estate that began in 1991, Mr. Munguía specializes in real estate investment and land development. He leads the international department at D&R Real Estate, where he is responsible for marketing, buying, and selling properties for foreign investors, as well as presenting lucrative investment opportunities.

Looking ahead, Mr. Munguía aims to expand D&R Real Estate and D&R Consulting LLC by establishing international branches, marking a significant milestone for a licensed real estate broker whose career began in the HVAC sector, where he oversaw remodeling projects for supermarkets acquired by Walmart and managed office building developments.

His international network was strengthened in the mid-2000s through collaboration with companies across the Caribbean, Central America, and North America. Notably, he managed a nationwide property acquisition for Digicel, overseeing the remodeling of all locations across the country.

In 2000, he joined DDP International Real Estate Development Company, where he played a key role in negotiating financing with lenders and coordinating with realtors in both North and Latin America.

Mr. Munguía holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Rafael Landivar.
