About Ron Bone

Ron is a year around resident of the Palm Springs area and loves the exciting yet tranquil
magic of the Desert
He grew up in the western states- Arizona Oregon Idaho and California playing basketball in
high school and loving the game ever since He attended University at UC Davis and Cal State
Bakersfield
In 1977 Ron bought his father’s heavy construction company in Bakersfield and was also
married two very momentous decisions in his life He helped raise his two daughters there
teaching them his strong work ethic before moving to the Bay Area in 1990 where he built
custom spec homes for 15 years in Sonoma County Ron helped his wife Terri with a lavender
farm that kept the family busy working together
They always had a building or remodeling project going on which complimented Ron’s main
business of building homes
In 2005 they sold their acreage in Santa Rosa bought a motor home and went traveling the 50
states for a year and a half They relocated to San Clemente for 7 years where Ron traded
options in the online market which he still does in the early hours of the morning
2014 brought a new chapter to his life with a move to the Coachella Valley Ron enjoys the
many signature events of the area and also enjoys golfing pickleball riding bicycles with his
wife and meeting up with friends and clients in the gorgeous weather of the fall winter and
spring The hot summer months find him working on his business in his office under the air
conditioning!
Ron’s strong background in custom construction and land development give him a unique
perspective on homes and property that benefit his clients as they team up to identify and find
solutions He loves to work and believes that his preparation and tireless efforts earn the trust
and satisfaction of his clients
Ron donates a portion of income from every referral and home he sells to VARIETY- The
Children’s Charity of the Desert because he supports their vision of making a difference for
children in the Coachella Valley whose lives have been touched by illness disability and
disadvantage
