Originally from Michigan, this agent relocated to Sacramento, where they earned a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. After five years in education, they transitioned into real estate, beginning their career as a broker in 1980. They later partnered with their father-in-law and eventually became the sole owner of two CENTURY 21 offices, overseeing a team of over 120 agents. In 1994, they sold the business to Dan Jacuzzi, leading to the establishment of CENTURY 21 Select. Despite the transition, they remained active as an agent and broker with The Murphy Team.

Since 1995, this agent has consistently ranked among the top residential real estate agents in CENTURY 21’s Sierra Nevada Region. The Murphy Team, formed in 2001, has been recognized as one of the top 100 Century 21 teams nationwide.
