About Ron Stoner

Born and raised in Colonia, part of Woodbridge Township, this real estate professional developed an entrepreneurial spirit early in life. By age 13, he was managing five paper routes, employing peers to assist with deliveries. His resourcefulness extended to the Oak Ridge Golf Course, where he would collect and clean golf balls for resale to golfers.

A strong connection to the Jersey Shore has always been a part of his life, with summers spent at his aunt's bungalow on 1st Avenue in Manasquan and family gatherings in Point Pleasant. During his high school years, his family relocated to Manasquan, where he worked at Spring Lake Country Club as a bag room attendant and caddie. The coastal lifestyle, characterized by surfing and fishing, left a lasting impression.

After graduating from Manasquan High School, he served five years in the United States Air Force as a firefighter and crash rescue specialist on the flight line. Following his honorable discharge after Desert Storm, he returned to New Jersey and embraced his entrepreneurial instincts once more. Partnering with his father, he began investing in real estate with the aim of establishing a rental property business.

In 1992, he obtained his real estate license from Ocean School of Real Estate. Over the years, he has successfully bought and sold numerous homes and managed nine rental properties. His career includes tenures at Diane Turton (1993-1997), Coldwell Banker (1997-2009), and Re/Max Bay Point REALTORS (2009-present).

Currently residing in Point Pleasant, he has raised three daughters: Chelsey, a student at Ocean County College; Brooke, attending West Virginia University; and Taylor, who is in Memorial Middle School. His passion for real estate has solidified his commitment to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. In 2009, he formed a team with Jennifer Spitz, marking a significant milestone in his career at Re/Max Bay Point REALTORS.
