About Ron Galam

Ron Galam's upbringing was deeply influenced by a commitment to law and justice, shaped by his father's career as a police detective and later as a private investigator. During his teenage years, Ron collaborated with his father, fostering a strong desire to serve others and address challenges head-on. After completing high school, he enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces, where he served as a Lieutenant in the special forces for three years.

Following his military service, Ron pursued higher education in London, earning both a Bachelor’s and an MBA in Business Administration. He then relocated to Los Angeles, where he spent two years as a bodyguard for a prominent figure in the film industry. This unique role allowed him to engage in home design and remodeling, igniting his interest in construction. Subsequently, Ron obtained his general contractor’s license and established a construction firm that grew to employ 38 individuals, focusing on custom homes and new builds. At the age of 27, he purchased his first property in Woodland Hills, California.

Over the years, Ron cultivated a robust network of investors, collaborating on the acquisition and renovation of more than 40 properties, often utilizing various real estate agents. However, after encountering some challenges in these transactions, he decided to obtain his real estate license to gain greater oversight and control.

In 2018, Ron's most significant real estate endeavor involved locating, negotiating, and managing multiple new construction projects in South America.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ron holds a black belt in full-contact karate and maintains an active lifestyle through running, biking, and soccer. He is married and has two sons, Ethan and Isaac. Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Spanish, Ron brings a diverse perspective to his work in real estate.
