About Ronald Maulsby

A native of Colorado, this real estate professional was born and raised in Boulder. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1971 with a degree in Business Administration, where he also played varsity basketball for the Buffaloes. In 1983, he earned a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Colorado State University.

With a distinguished career spanning 31 years, he served as both a teacher and school administrator in the Poudre School District before transitioning to real estate. He and his wife, Sue, have been married for four decades and have resided in Fort Collins throughout that time. They are proud parents of two adult children and have six grandchildren.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys golfing, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with family. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Fort Collins Board of Realtors. Additionally, he remains engaged with the Poudre School District as a supporter of the PSD Foundation.

His mission is to guide clients through the real estate process, ensuring they make informed decisions that enhance their quality of life and achieve exceptional outcomes. Building and maintaining trust is his primary focus in all client interactions.
